The package is emailed to the tenant the same day. Our crews follow WorkSafeBC WHMIS standards on all cleaning chemicals, so the documentation also holds up if the property manager asks about cleaning products during inspection.
Who pays for the move out clean, the tenant or the landlord?
In most commercial leases the move out cleaning cost is the tenant’s responsibility as part of vacating the space in the condition the lease specifies. Some leases shift it to the landlord and deduct from the security deposit, and others split rough cleanup and final inspection prep.
