Led from our Abbotsford HQ at 32675 Peardonville Rd by Co-Founder and President Rick Chorney. Chilliwack and surrounding communities operate as extensions of this branch, with the same standard and the same accountability on every account.

Okanagan
Led from Kelowna by Co-Founder Adrian Housego. Adrian runs the Okanagan operation directly, with the same leadership standard as HQ applied to every Interior BC client.
How Our Two Regions Work Together
Both regions run on the same playbook. Every account starts with a free walkthrough and a written scope of work, every crew is trained to the same standard and every client can reach a Co-Founder directly. What changes from one region to the other is the drive, not the standard. Fraser Valley accounts are led from our Abbotsford HQ and Okanagan accounts from Kelowna, so there’s always an owner close to the work. Do you serve my city?
Our Fraser Valley commercial cleaning division covers Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, Cultus Lake, Maple Ridge, Aldergrove, Langley, Surrey, Delta and Burnaby. The Okanagan division covers Kelowna, West Kelowna, Vernon, Coldstream, Penticton, Summerland, Peachland, Lake Country and Merritt. If your town isn’t listed, call and ask.
Who runs each of your regions?
Rick Chorney leads Fraser Valley commercial cleaning and the Lower Mainland from our Abbotsford HQ. Adrian Housego leads the Okanagan from Kelowna. Either way, issues go straight to a Co-Founder.
Is the standard the same in both regions?
Yes. Same custom checklists, same free re-clean guarantee, same month to month terms. Every cleaner in both divisions passes a criminal record check, signs a confidentiality agreement and is covered by WorkSafeBC.
Can you clean locations in both regions?
Yes. If you have sites in the Fraser Valley and the Okanagan, each one gets its own walkthrough and written scope of work, held to the same standard and the same month to month terms. You’ll have Rick to call for your Fraser Valley locations and Adrian for the Okanagan.
Why does Echo have two regions?
Because accountability doesn’t work well over distance. Rather than run the Okanagan from Abbotsford, Co-Founder Adrian Housego leads it directly from Kelowna, while Rick Chorney leads the Fraser Valley from our Abbotsford HQ. Interior BC clients get the same accountability as HQ, not a delegation chain.
How do I get a quote outside Abbotsford?
The same way as anywhere else. Call 604-966-3778 or use the quote form, tell us where your building is and we’ll book a free walkthrough. You get a written scope of work and a quote within 24 hours, in either of our regions.
What if my town isn’t on the list?
Call and ask. If your building sits near the communities listed in our two regions, tell us where it is and we’ll tell you straight whether we can service it. We’d rather give you an honest answer than take on a building we can’t look after properly.
Do prices change between regions?
Move out cleaning is $40/hr per cleaner in both regions. Recurring service, deep cleans, post construction and floor care are all priced after a free walkthrough, based on your building and the written scope of work.
Is there an Echo office in the Okanagan?
Our Okanagan division is based in Kelowna and led by Co-Founder Adrian Housego. Our Fraser Valley HQ is at 32675 Peardonville Rd in Abbotsford. You can reach either region at 604-966-3778 or info@echojanitorial.com.
How fast can you start?
Most accounts in both divisions are onboarded within 5 to 7 business days of signing the scope of work. Urgent one time jobs can often be scheduled within 24 to 48 hours.
