We don’t hire the most people — we hire the right ones. If you take pride in doing the job properly, every time, without being watched, keep reading.
Apply NowHow Echo Works
Echo was built as the direct answer to everything broken in the cleaning industry. That standard applies to our team just as much as our clients. Here’s what working here actually means — read it before you fill out the form.
If something gets missed, we own it and fix it — free, no arguments. We don’t hide behind “that wasn’t on the list.” We do it right.
Every facility runs on a custom checklist. We hold a higher standard than most companies, and we expect every team member to meet it on every visit.
We don’t subcontract. Every person who walks into a client’s building is a direct Echo team member — trained, vetted, and accountable. That’s you.
Where You Fit
Pick the role that matches you on the application below. More postings get added here as we grow.
Residential and move-out cleans across your region. Detail-focused, independent, reliable. You leave a space inspection-ready, every time.
Offices, restaurants, strata, medical and professional spaces — mostly evenings and after-hours. Consistent nightly standards on a custom checklist.
Lead crews, run quality walkthroughs, train new team members, and carry the Echo standard into the field. Cleaning experience and leadership both required.
What You Need
to Apply
We’re upfront about this so nobody wastes their time. Every one of these is required — your application can’t be submitted without them.
Required to Be Considered
- A valid BC driver’s licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Willing and able to pass a criminal record check
- Availability that matches your role (commercial work is mostly evenings and after-hours)
Required With Your Application
- Your ICBC driver’s abstract — uploaded with the form below. This is mandatory. Applications without it are not reviewed.
- Your contact details, date of birth, and home address (date of birth is only used to verify your abstract and criminal record check).
- Honest, complete answers to the two short questions. We read them — they matter more than a polished résumé.
- You’ve read “How Echo Works” above and you’re genuinely in.
Optional: attach a résumé and references for extra context — the form fields are what we screen on, so a résumé is a bonus, not a substitute.
Get Your Driver’s
Abstract (Free)
Your driving record — called a “driver’s abstract” — is free and takes a few minutes to request from ICBC. It usually lands in your inbox within minutes. Download it and upload it with your application.
- Have your BC driver’s licence number ready.
- Go to ICBC’s driving record page: icbc.com → Driver licensing → Your driving record
- Request your driver’s abstract through the online application (you can also do it by phone, mail, or at any ICBC driver licensing office).
- ICBC emails you the record — digitally certified, usually within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
- Save the PDF and upload it in the application form below. It covers your last five years of driving history.
Apply to Echo
This application is thorough on purpose. It takes real effort — that’s how we make sure we’re hiring people who take the work seriously. Fill it out properly and you’ll hear back from us directly.
Set aside about 10–15 minutes and have these ready: your ICBC driver’s abstract (required — see the steps above), your home address and date of birth, and a résumé if you’d like to attach one. Write your answers yourself — generic, copy-pasted applications don’t make it past the first read.
