Echo Janitorial Services Inc. was founded in 2023 by Rick Chorney and Adrian Housego — not because the cleaning industry needed another company, but because it needed a better one.
Frustrated by long-term contracts that trapped clients into mediocre service, subcontracting that eroded accountability, and a race-to-the-bottom pricing model that sacrificed quality, Echo was built to operate differently. No subcontracting. No long-term contracts. No generic checklists. No excuses.
Today Echo serves the Fraser Valley, Lower Mainland, and Okanagan with highly trained professionals, led directly by its Co-Founders. Our mission: to improve the lives of those we work with and employ, every day, through ethical practices and a superior standard of service.
We hold accreditations in WHMIS, Aerial Work Platform, Fall Protection, Joint Health & Safety, First Aid, Hospitality Management, and Customer Service. BBB Accredited since 2024, with six industry awards in under two years of operation.

Leadership
Three leaders. Two divisions. One standard.
Rick leads strategy, business development, and Fraser Valley operations. He built Echo because he believed the cleaning industry could be held to a genuinely higher standard — and proved it.
Adrian co-founded Echo and runs the Okanagan Division from Kelowna. Direct operational leadership means Interior BC clients get the same accountability as HQ — not a delegation chain.
Kae ensures every system, schedule, and standard is executed without exception. The consistency clients experience across both divisions is Kae’s work.
